What began as a high school dream between two sisters has blossomed into New Mexico's premier character entertainment company. Karissa and Mariah, founders of Fairytale Princesses LLC, turned their shared passion for performance into a thriving business that has captivated audiences since 2013. 

The journey began when Karissa was a senior in high school and Mariah was a sophomore. In 2013 they attended ACE Comic Con in New Mexico, where their resemblance to Disney's Frozen sisters, Elsa and Anna, drew immediate attention. Guests at the convention were stunned by their uncanny likeness, stopping them for photos and sharing their images across social media. Their viral popularity spread worldwide, with fans celebrating their real-life resemblance to the beloved characters. They quickly went viral, circulating globally and launching the sisters into the spotlight. 

Overnight, Karissa and Mariah's story reached a massive audience, with a social media following skyrocketing to over 180K. They were featured in more than 80 print magazines worldwide, covered by 60 news stations across the United States, and invited to perform at major venues and events including local venues like Cottonwood Mall, The Albuquerque Isotopes, and many more. From local stages to large-scale events, their magic became a movement. 

After ACE comic convention, event organizers were flooded with inquiries asking: Do they perform parties? Inspired by the overwhelming response, the sisters made it official by securing all business documentation and launching what was then known as Frozen Unfolded Sisters. As demand grew, they expanded their offerings, eventually rebranding to Fairytale Princesses LLC, a full-scale entertainment company with over 30 beloved characters performed by a cast of professionally trained actors. 

While Mariah pursued her dream of working for the Walt Disney Company from 2017-2018, she gained hands on experience in character performance and guest engagement. Karissa began her stunt career and immersed herself in New Mexico's film industry. Together the sisters have appeared in numerous shows, films, and magazines. They continue to bring their professional backgrounds in entertainment into every performance. 

Now both mothers, Karissa and Mariah are building a legacy not only on stage but behind the scenes. They actively train and mentor new performers, teaching them the values of character integrity, storytelling, and professionalism. Through live singing, scripted performances, immersive storytelling, and a deep respect for characters they portray. Fairytale Princesses & Heroes has enchanted thousands across the United States, performing for audiences of 10,000 + and creating once in a lifetime memory for families of all backgrounds.
